- How long does a commission take?
- Typically 4–6 weeks from approved design, depending on complexity and stone sourcing.
- Do I need to visit the atelier?
- No — most commissions run entirely remotely: consultation, sketches and a photoreal 3D preview before anything is cast.
- Can you work with my stones or old gold?
- Yes. Heirloom stones and metal can be reset or refined into the new piece — bring them to your consultation.
